So this month, I have decided to do dry January. I have felt that I have been drinking a fair bit recently especially with all the lockdowns. I am also trying to lose weight so I have decided to cut out alcohol and see if that will do or make any difference. It is also good to have a bit of a detox. So I am over 2 weeks in now and to be honest, I can't really feel much difference.
I am hoping that I will lose weight and I will feel better for the no alcohol, but we will have to wait and see.
Has anyone else made any resolutions or goals for the new year?
