Exercising

There is something about exercising that always makes you feel good afterwards. Not necessarily at the time but definitely afterwards. The last month, I have joined online fitness classes on zoom. I have found them challenging but also very good to do. It is nice to see other people especially as my sister and some friends of mine do it too. So is always nice to see them. I had put it off for various reasons but now I really enjoy it and I am glad I do it. It makes up for my lack of running as much and gets me to exercise more.
This week I have also joined a 30 day fitness challenge of various different exercises for a 30 seconds or 45 seconds. This is hard but I am enjoying the variety of exercises.
Yesterday, I went for a run for the first time in 2 weeks and I ran 5k. I would like to run more but at the moment I do struggle with the darker days and nights and would like to get out of that habit but it is a struggle at the moment which is why I am glad I have these fitness classes and the 30 day challenge as they are something else to get my fitness up.
Exercising is really good to do at the moment as it gets your endorphins going. I suggest finding something that you enjoy and that you can stick to do. I also love going out for walks as it gets me out of the house. I have made sure that this week I prioritise my walks even more and make the most of my lunch breaks now.
