Prioritising

This week I realised that I have a few priorities for this year and one of those is taking care of myself and doing some self care, whether that is early nights, taking a bath or not working all hours. I am making a priority.
This year I signed up and have started taking part in some online zoom fitness classes. I have really enjoyed them and I feel good for doing them. I tend to book 6pm classes but if I can't make it then I don't get charged for it which is great. I have this month also started a 30 day fitness challenge which is really hard but good too. It motivates me to do more. These as well as my running have really helped with my energy levels this month which have been somewhat lacking recently. So I am going to keep it up.
I can't wait for the evenings to get lighter though so I can go for runs during the week as well. Not long now!
I have realised I have spent a long time putting myself and my needs and wants to the bottom of the pile and I am now trying to prioritise what I want and need first. This is hard as it is totally out of the ordinary for me but I will get there. This year is the year to work on myself and be the best version I can possibly be.
